2. Nature of Services
The Website facilitates the following activities:
Charitable Donations: Supporting the Math, Annakshetra (Food Charity), and Welfare projects.
Publications (Aum Prakashan Mandir): Sale and distribution of spiritual books and magazines.
Education (Vidya Daan): Registration for Gita Gyan and Balbodha programs.
Accommodation: Booking of rooms at our Guest House for pilgrims.
3. Donations
Voluntary: Donations are voluntary contributions.
Tax Exemption: We are registered under Section 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act. To receive a valid tax exemption receipt, donors must provide their PAN and correct address.
Usage: Donations are used for the specific cause selected (e.g., Annadana) or for the general corpus of the Trust if unspecified.
4. Purchase of Books (Aum Prakashan Mandir)
Pricing: Prices for books and shipping are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Shipping & Delivery: We aim to dispatch book orders within 3-5 working days. Delivery times depend on the postal/courier service and the destination. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner.
International Orders: For orders outside India, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.
5. Guest House (Accommodation) Rules
If you book a stay at our Guest House in Puri, you agree to the following Ashram Rules:
Sanctity: The Guest House is part of a religious institution. Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises.
Identification: All guests must present a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Passport) upon check-in.
Right of Admission: The Trust reserves the right to refuse admission or evict any guest found violating the sanctity of the Math or disturbing the peace.
Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in and check-out times must be adhered to as per the booking confirmation.
6. Educational Programs (Gita Gyan / Balbodha)
Conduct: Students are expected to maintain discipline. The content provided is for educational purposes only.
Certification: Participation certificates (if applicable) are issued at the sole discretion of the Math administration based on attendance and performance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including the text of books, magazine articles (AUMKAR), logos, and audio-visual material, is the intellectual property of AUM FOUNDATION Trust.
Prohibition: You may not reproduce, sell, or distribute our copyrighted material without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dakshinamurthy Math (AUM FOUNDATION Trust) shall not be liable for:
Any injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit to the Math or Guest House.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Puri, Odisha.
