At Dakshinamurthy Math (Aum Prakashan Mandir), we are committed to delivering our spiritual literature and publications to you in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping terms below.

1. Order Processing Time
Dispatch Timeline: All orders for books and magazines are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the contribution/payment.
Working Days: Our publication department operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and major festivals observed by the Math.

2. Shipping Methods
We primarily use the following services to deliver orders across India:
Registered Book Post (India Post): For standard book orders to ensure wide reach, especially to remote areas.
Speed Post / Courier Partners: For heavier parcels or urgent requests (where applicable).

3. Delivery Estimates
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Within Odisha: 3 – 5 working days.
Metro Cities (India): 5 – 7 working days.
Rest of India: 7 – 10 working days.
Remote/Rural Areas: 10 – 14 working days.
Please note that these are estimates. Delays caused by the courier service or postal department are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges
Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the books and your delivery pin code.
Checkout: The final shipping cost (contribution towards postage) will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.

5. International Shipping
We do ship internationally to select countries.
Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Dakshinamurthy Math is not liable for these additional charges.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email/SMS with the Tracking Number (if provided by the carrier) and the link to track your package.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of ordering, please contact us.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged: If a book arrives in a damaged condition, please email us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement.
Lost: If a package is lost in transit (verified by the carrier), we will resend the order or process a refund.
