3. THE ANCHOR niṣṭhā (निष्ठा)

Description

Imagine a tiny raindrop falling from the sky. It is scared. It says, “I am so small! I will dry up! I am lonely!” Then, it lands in the mighty Ocean. Does the drop die? No. It becomes the Ocean. It is no longer a “tiny drop.” It now has the power of the waves, the depth of the deep, and the vastness of the horizon.

Samadhi is that moment when the little “You” (Ego) lands in the big “God” (Cosmic Consciousness). You don’t lose yourself. You find your Big Self. Welcome to the Fruit of Yoga.
